Client Service Representative

Client Service Representative We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. Our mission is that your pet’s health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal. With every opportunity, we aim to exceed each pet owner’s expectations. Responsibilities Greets visitors, answers telephones, guides clients and their pets to exam rooms. Schedules and confirms appointments. Places outbound follow‑up calls and reaches out to prospective clients. Represents and explains fees, processes payments. Recommends, selects, and obtains products and services, including prescriptions. Answers questions regarding products and services, including education on animal husbandry and non‑medical pet care such as heartworm prevention, housebreaking, flea & tick control. Manages medical records, charts, reports and correspondence. Performs hospital maintenance tasks, including removal of animal waste, and ensures the facility is neat and clean at all times.
