A Day in the Life As a Restaurant Bartender, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging bar experience while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. You play a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare the bar for service in accordance with company standards, including ensuring adequate inventory and supplies Preparing garnishes, mixes, and pre-batched items Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly elevate concerns to a manager Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment and work areas Follow all closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the bar Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol (19+) Valid City and State alcohol permits required High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure with minimal supervision Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and a consistently positive, team-oriented attitude Education High School or better. Experience 1 year bartending experience preferred.
