Schedule: 2 - 2- 3 Rotating Schedule | Alternating Days + Nights

What Gets You Hired

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

What's Expected Each Shift

• Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial food processing equipment, including ovens, fryers, and related production machinery.
• Follow established recipes, production procedures, and processing specifications.
• Monitor processing variables to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Track and record temperatures, production data, and quality measurements.
• Perform product quality checks and collect required production samples.
• Monitor fryer oil temperatures and processing conditions to maintain product standards.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment according to company procedures.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and routine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues while communicating concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
