Join our Environment and Health team and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Managing Consultant in Air Quality you will be part of the Air Sciences Group, which is part of Ramboll’s Environment & Health Division. This group consists of people who are passionate about air quality and assisting Ramboll’s clients with their most challenging problems. The Air Sciences Group consults with clients across various industries on a range of topics, including but not limited to emissions estimation, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, climate change, climate action planning, climate adaptation/resiliency, sustainability initiatives, permitting, and compliance.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Estimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sourcesPreparing air quality permit applications and environmental impact reportsCritically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations for complianceConducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersionPerforming statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality dataAnalyzing pollution control measuresConducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analysisMaintaining client relationships and managing the development of deliverables to meet client needs in an efficient manner.Serving as the technical lead overseeing Consultant-level staff on complex projectsYour new teamAs part of the team, you will be part of a creative group, filled with people who are really excited about solving clients’ problems and creating sustainable solutions for them. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $158,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
