Site Construction Manager

• Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.

• High comfort level interfacing A&E firms

• Experience providing conflict resolution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Proven ability to lead and manage staff.

• Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives

Additional Details:

• This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed on site located in Chandler Arizona.

• Candidate must commute to site daily, Monday-Thursday during the project core hours of 6:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., depending on workload, Friday site support may needed.

• Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces.

• Minor travel may be required.

• Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

• 20-25 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to semiconductor tool install.

• Construction Management or Engineering degree required.

• 12-15 years of leadership and management experience.

• Experience managing large projects and partnering with trades contractors in the semiconductor industry.
