Job Details Job Location: Frederick, MD 21702 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $111,000.00 - $126,000.00 Salary Position Title: Financial Analyst II Location: Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD Clearance required: ADP III (IT-III) designation minimum per DoD 5200.02; favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI); U.S. citizenship required for .mil domain access. Scope of Work: Provides advanced-level financial reporting and analysis of all funds within the CDMRP, including monitoring budget and actual data, tracking appropriations and program funding, and supporting the preparation of acquisition funding documentation. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Monitor the financial position of program funds and report accurate, timely fiscal information to the CDMRP Finance Manager. Maintain a database of past and present program funds and present current budget status for past, present, and projected extramural execution. Prepare monthly reports summarizing funding status, commitments, and obligations against budget. Track all appropriations and withholds assigned to the CDMRP for management or execution. Track extramural and intragovernmental program funding and ensure full obligation by fiscal year end. Provide funding information for contract funding documents, including Request Service Contract Approval Forms (RSCAF). Initiate purchase requests in GFEBS and monitor funding documents through the acquisition process. Facilitate funding using GFEBS, the Electronic Grants System (EGS), fund transfers, direct charges, and MIPRs. Qualifications: Ability to understand and apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in financial management Ability to perform advanced financial transactions and provide guidance across a variety of financial transactions using financial business systems Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows Ability to create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and perform financial forecasting and account reconciliation Able to perform a variety of tasks with little to no instruction or oversight U.S. citizenship; able to obtain a favorable NACI and ADP III designation DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the assigned work role and level, held prior to performance, with the required computing environment (CE) certification obtained within six (6) months of appointment. #J-18808-Ljbffr People Technology And Processes
