Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in cross-functional organization to meet commitments.Must be self-directed and work in complex and dynamic ecosystems. THE PERSON:The successful candidate is effective in communication with attention to detail, highly analytical with a strong passion for data analytics, resourceful in networking and innovative in problem solving.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive business process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies across workflows, and implementing scalable solutions.Lead process mapping, value stream analysis, and continuous improvement efforts (Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred).Define, track, and report KPIs/metrics to measure process effectiveness and enable data-driven optimization.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize, simplify, and automate business processes across systems and teamsWork with ambiguous business problems to drive results using data driven decisions.Analyze large complex, cross-functional problems, and present executive storyboards.Evaluate new systems and products and introduce best practices.· Troubleshoot SAP and Product Data Management integration issues with IT team and engineering through alignment with downstream users/systemsInterface with Design, Business unit, Test, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, IT, Product Management, Fab Technology Operations, Product, OSATs, finance and sales teams on New Product Introduction and production ramp.Partner with Global Operations and cross functional teams on flow definitions for new products and product/process related standardization, automation, and simplification initiatives. REQUIREMENTS:BS/BA (MBA preferred):  Specialty in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.Advanced knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (Oracle Agile PLM preferred) and Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) systems.Advanced knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) and Master Data Management principles. Experience in managing projects with globally distributed teams.
