APPLICANT MUST BE LOCATED IN: Conyers, GA or surrounding area Location: GoodLife Care – Atlanta Office Category: Home Healthcare Position: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Employment Type: Full-Time and/ or Part-Time Position Overview GoodLife Care is hiring reliable weekend caregivers (Saturday and Sunday) for an excellent opportunity in the Conyers, GA area. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Home Care experience and can work every weekend or every other weekend. Shift schedules: Saturdays – 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm; Sundays – 8:00 am to 10:30 am and 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, and range‑of‑motion exercises in accordance with care plans. Obtain patients’ vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Track patients’ input and output as required. Perform non‑sterile and decubitus care in accordance with training procedures. Change linens according to established schedule and patient needs. Complete all required paperwork and submit to management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations. Provide post‑mortem care when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must successfully complete the Georgia Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Competency Assessment and required training prior to patient care. Minimum one (1) year of PCA experience required; home health experience preferred. Current CPR certification as required by state regulations. Updated TB results / chest X‑ray.
