Nickel Chrome Supervisor

 Allied Reliability is seeking  a Nickel Chrome Supervisor for a plating operation. The Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that all parts leaving the department meets high standards of quality, safety, and performance. This will be hands-on supervision, providing technical expertise, and process oversight for our nickel chrome plating lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Nickel Chrome department.
• Oversee metal finishing processes including copper, nickel, chrome, and related finishes.
• Ensure all plating work meets customer and industry specifications.
• Train, mentor, and develop finishing technicians to master the craft and grow their careers.
• Maintain workflow efficiency, safety compliance, and production scheduling.
• Monitor process controls, chemical and equipment performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve process issues and maintain on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade education preferred.
• 3+ years of experience of metal finishing ex[ereince.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of plating chemistry, surface preparation, and process control.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality excellence.
