Cnc machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled, dual-proficient CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX for both day and night shift opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience setting up, operating, and programming both CNC Mills and Lathes, with specific expertise in Okuma and Haas systems. You will be responsible for advanced multi-axis machining-including 4th-axis milling and simple lathe turning/boring setup-as well as creating and modifying G-code programs. Responsibilities include configuring complex workholding fixtures, selecting appropriate tooling, optimizing feeds and speeds, and utilizing Mastercam for programming. A strong background in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges) to hold tolerances within .001 is required.
