This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in an office and warehouse setting.Job Title: Inventory CoordinatorPay Rate: $21 per hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PMPosition Type: Temp to HireJob Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the inventory departmentEnsure accurate tracking and recording of inventory across three warehousesDevelop and implement inventory procedures and best practices to minimize discrepanciesLead physical inventory counts and ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptlyConduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts with the help of the operations supervisorTrain and monitor inventory users to improve performance and ensure accurate reportingPerform training sessions for those misusing inventory proceduresAnalyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory levels, adjustments, and turnover for upper management reviewCollaborate with sales to forecast demand based on physical inventory, ensuring product availability aligns with needs and reporting any issuesManage the removal of overaged inventory in a cost-effective mannerOther job duties as assignedJob Requirements:At least 1 to 2 years of systematic inventory knowledge and experienceProficiency in Microsoft applicationsFluent in English; Spanish is a plusOrganized and able to multitaskStrong work ethicIndependent worker who completes necessary tasks in a timely and proficient mannerLooking for a job with weekly pay and great benefits?
