Physicians' Clinic of Iowa is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. We are seeking friendly and professional Valet Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for parking and retrieving guests' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Explain parking procedures clearly to patients and guests.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles for guests.
• Display excellent public relations skills while providing information, giving directions, and providing wheelchair assistance, etc.
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and keys.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive and safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distance.
• Requires full range of motion.
