This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated structured finance and capital markets transactions within a collaborative and nationally recognized transactional platform. The firm is seeking a motivated associate attorney with strong transactional experience who is interested in handling complex securitization, structured finance, and capital markets matters in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment. The Role Associates in this position may work on matters involving: Structured finance transactions Capital markets and securitization matters Commercial real estate finance transactions Drafting and negotiating transaction documents Offering and disclosure documents Purchase and servicing agreements Transaction management and closing coordination General transactional support for sophisticated financing matters Attorneys will work closely with lenders, financial institutions, issuers, investors, and transactional teams on high‑value and strategically significant transactions.
