Frozen Inventory Planning Coordinator

- Monitor and manage stock at various locations for Seneca Frozen business
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory across regional locations on a rolling 7-week schedule to support customer order fulfillment
- Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to anticipate inventory needs related to upcoming promotions, seasonal shifts, and sales initiatives
- Regularly review aging stock and reallocate to appropriate locations to promote usage and reduce excess holding
- Support frozen production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment
- Monitor unplanned stock movements and adjust inventory plans and distribution strategies accordingly to maintain supply continuity
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Ability to work with a large variety of people
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
