Part Time Teller – Washington Park, Roxbury, MA, United States of America Responsibilities Assist customers with various financial needs and process transactions. Provide exceptional customer service, minimize wait times and resolve concerns. Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances. Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk management protocols to prevent fraud. Recognize opportunities to cross‑sell bank products and deepen customer relationships. Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them on self‑service options. Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area and create a welcoming environment. Support nearby branch locations as required by business necessity. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 6+ months of cash handling experience. 6+ months of customer service experience. Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping others. Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Effective listening and communication skills. Comfortable using digital tools and technology. Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. Available to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Work Authorization & Sponsorship Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment. Base Pay Range Minimum: $30,000.00 USD | Maximum: $47,000.00 USD (annualized salary range for an hourly position based on a 40‑hour work week).
