Data Collection: Unit Information: (insert name) Location: Good Samaritan Hospital Address: 2425 Good Samaritan Drive San Jose CA 95124 Floor: Basement Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 300 Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Scrubbing Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. California Radiology Technologist Fluoroscopy Permit, California Diagnostic Radiology Technologist Permit ACLS, BLS Scrubing experience in the cardiac cath lab Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. RCIS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): R/LHC, Coronary and Peripheral interventions, Electrophysiology procedures including pacemakers Diagnostic / Interventional Neurology procedures.
