Kerrane Storz, P.C. is hiring a civil litigation attorney who wants to run cases, make decisions, and get results.

Kerrane Storz is a multi-state construction-defect litigation firm that goes head-to-head with developers and contractors in complex, high-value cases. We don't dabble in small matters. What You'll Do

• Manage and drive cases from pre-suit investigation through trial or arbitration
• Develop case strategy and make substantive litigation decisions
• Argue motions and appear in court and arbitration proceedings
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Work directly with clients, experts, and consultants
• Negotiate settlements and resolve complex disputes
• Participate in business development and the continued growth of the firm

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $112,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)
