Compensation ranges from $37,440 to $58,240 per year, based on experience and availability. Job Specifics Diagnose cars and light trucks using modern diagnostic tools. Perform repairs on vehicle systems such as engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical components. Carry out routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet industry safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Communicate with customers to offer advice on preventive maintenance and vehicle care. Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, specifically with cars and light trucks.
