Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial client accounts and support ongoing account needs. Review policies to identify incomplete, inadequate, or misaligned coverage. Assess client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Communicate coverage considerations and recommendations clearly in written and verbal formats. Support producers while building the ability to manage client relationships independently. Analyze real-world client scenarios and determine appropriate courses of action. Collaborate with fellow account managers to develop effective client solutions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Must-Have Skills: Experience with commercial lines insurance and property and casualty coverage. Strong account management and client service capabilities. Ability to review policies and identify coverage gaps or misalignment. Sound understanding of risk exposure and appropriate coverage recommendations. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong judgment and the ability to determine appropriate actions in client scenarios. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Ability to work independently while effectively supporting producers. Collaborative approach to developing solutions with other account managers. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing insurance training and professional development.
