Compensation and benefits: 80% paid WOA/AOA (not state license) fees for each Associate Doctor Paid exam fee for Board certification, Associate is responsible for ongoing recertification fees 1 fully-paid educational experience per year for each Associate with prior approval to booking We offer a guaranteed base salary for the first two years as an Associate builds their schedule and establishes a patient base, transitioning to a percentage of collections as soon as the production-based pay surpasses the competitive base salary. Guaranteed base starting $600 per day with potential to grown to $1000+ per day.
