• Meet business owners and decision-makers face to face to offer supplemental insurance solutions

• Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll clients in coverage

• Build relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• Learn and grow through hands-on training and mentorship

• Commission-based pay with a starting base draw and bonuses

• Agents average $65,000–$85,000 per year

• Licensing assistance and reimbursement

• Supportive, service-oriented team culture

• Independence and flexibility as an independent contractor
