Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active and valid SLP license for California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain meticulous documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop IEP goals in alignment with district standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Provide engaging interventions that support speech, language, communication, and social skills
• Document session notes, progress reports, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team decisions
