Job Description
General Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our operating room team for a 13-week assignment. This role requires expertise in circulating within various surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care in the operating room, ensuring adherence to safety and surgical protocols.
Assist with robotic surgery, general surgery, gynecology, and urology procedures.
Perform circulating duties effectively, coordinating with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in on-call rotations as required, typically involving weekday and weekend shifts.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Cerner electronic medical record system.

Qualifications

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an operating room setting.
Demonstrated experience in robotic, general surgical, gynecological, and urological procedures.
Proficient in circulating roles within the operating room.

Additional Information

Scrubs will be provided for the duration of the assignment. Applicants should be prepared for a dynamic and fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality patient care.
