About the Role

We are seeking outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Lead Generators to represent Total Comfort inside local Home Depot stores. In this role, you will engage with shoppers, generate HVAC sales leads, and schedule appointments for customers interested in maintenance, repairs, and system replacement options.

What You'll Do

• Engage with Home Depot customers to generate interest in Total Comfort's HVAC services.
• Identify and qualify potential customers who may need heating and cooling maintenance, repairs, or system replacements.
• Set appointments for customers to learn more about available HVAC services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot store teams.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain consistent store coverage and maximize opportunities to connect with potential customers.
• Represent Total Comfort professionally and provide a positive customer experience.
• Track customer interactions, leads, and appointments accurately using company systems.
• Follow up as needed to support lead quality and sales team success.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, or other skilled trades is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
