The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential along with a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!

We are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time provider (24-40 hours weekly) to join our team at the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $58 to $62, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. For Nurse Practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

• An average annual bonus of approximately $13,000 through our no-cap Incentive Compensation Program (for providers working 40 hours per week).

Note that restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Posted Salary Range: USD $58.00 - USD $62.00 /Hr.
