Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Job Summary

A growing industrial supply company is seeking a Warehouse Counter Sales Representative to join its team. This position combines customer service, order entry, and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, is comfortable using a computer, and is willing to assist with warehouse operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and order fulfillment

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Enter orders and customer information into the computer system

• Provide excellent customer service at the sales counter

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities

• Load and unload products as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or counter sales experience preferred

• Warehouse experience is a plus

• Comfortable using computers for order entry and customer information

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and move materials as required

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
