Volt is immediately hiring Electrical Technicians  in Red Oak, Texas .

As an Electrical Technician ,   you will:

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
• Perform quality inspections and ensure workmanship standards
• Complete and maintain torque sheets, 5S documentation, and tool tracking
• Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
• Promote a safety-first culture through compliance and audits
  
  

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity!

Schedule : Monday -Thursday, 6pm - 4:00am - Must train on 1st shift for the first 4 weeks 

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
• Must be proficient in reading and using a tape measure
• Lift up to 50lbs and ability to work on ladders.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended periods of time.

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour + $3.00 shift differential 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
