JOB OVERVIEW: Shift Leads are influential team members within Costa Vida. Responsibilities Organize shift schedules for team members. Assign duties to specific team members based on role and skills. Train new and current team members on tasks. Respond to guests and develop creative solutions. Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards. Location & Schedule Location: Costa Vida – Gilbert, AZ Hours: Full time or part time Shift: We will work with your schedule! Requirements Education/Certification: Food Handler permit. ServSafe Certification. Valid driver’s license. Experience: Proven supervisory experience, preferably in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a busy kitchen. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude. Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. Skills & Abilities: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs). Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving skills. Basic math proficiency.
