Office Assistant

Kaski Inc. is seeking a professional, self-starting office assistant! We have a fun culture, and all that's required is a good attitude. Some experience is helpful but not necessary. Position details are as follows: Responsibilities include: Processing incoming and outgoing mail. Answering phones, screening, and processing inquiries. Providing friendly service to walk-in clients and the field team. Scanning and copying documents. Maintaining office supplies. Using Builder Trend for Timeclock, To-do's, POs, and Bills. Entering business and job expenses in QuickBooks. Digitally filing invoices and receipts. Communicating company updates with staff. Posting job openings, reviewing applications, and setting up interviews. Onboarding new employees. Assisting with marketing, including social media posts. Supporting other office staff as needed. Helping plan company events. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour. Work hours are approximately 32-34 hours per week, with 7-hour days Monday-Thursday and 4 hours on Friday. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. Qualifications: At least 1 year of related experience and specialized skills. Proficient typing (minimum 40 WPM) and data entry skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of QuickBooks functions. Organized and detail-oriented. Strong communication and people skills. Basic computer hardware and software knowledge. Familiarity with general office procedures. Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
