Join our inclusive team, where excellence knows no bounds!What You'll DoDeliver Success: Lead the charge in delivering program success across the full product development lifecycle and driving projects forward within the programMetrics and Feedback: Regularly gather and report on project/program metrics, seeking feedback to improve our progress updatesDependency Management: Coordinate and oversee dependencies, collaborating with teams to ensure project success and accelerate milestonesProgram Reviews: Conduct regular program/project reviews with leaders, providing status updates and recommending actions for successCollaboration Champion: Foster collaboration at all levels—up, sideways, and down to the project levelProgram Assessment: Work closely with stakeholders to determine program success and plan for the implementation of successful programs while discontinuing unsuccessful onesInnovation Culture: Support the cultivation of a culture of innovation and continuous improvementStrategic Execution: Focus on executing our strategy, delivering benefits, and realizing our strategic goals through the design, planning, and delivery of strategic initiativesChange Agent: Drive change by promoting business agility, communicating effectively, and institutionalizing a culture of adaptabilityConflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts within the program, ensuring smooth collaborationCross-functional Leadership: Partner closely with colleagues and stakeholders to lead, assist, or stay informed about collaborative programs and initiatives that have the potential for broad-scale impactBuilding Relationships: Network with stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships that help shape, define, and execute our strategies and initiativesWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsAn undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field4 years of project/program management or similar experiencePreferred QualificationsPMI certification (e.g., PMP, PMI ACP, or PRINCE 2), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) certification, and/or proficiency with Jira Agile are a plusA robust grasp of the product development life-cycleUnderstanding of the SaaS market in relation to program managementA passion for collaboration, spending the majority of your time communicating, collaborating, and coordinating cross-functionallyStrong assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate wants vs. needs and negotiate prioritization effectivelyProficiency in technical concepts and system architectureThe flexibility to navigate from the big picture to details while managing complex cross-functional projects, often with tight deadlinesSolid project leadership skills, combined with business acumen, excellent communication skills, and analytical capabilitiesThe ability to understand complex concepts, solve problems, and present effective business solutions and recommendations objectivelyStrong leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal, presentation, written)The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environmentThe capacity to interact with and influence various levels of an organization, both technical and non-technical, demonstrating strong relationship management skillsTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsWillingness to travel up to 10% to meet and engage with fellow Workiva team membersReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangementsHow You'll Be RewardedSalary range in the US: $111,000.00 - $180,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
