**$1,500 Sign-On Bonus - Paid out in 3 installments at 3, 6, and 12 months** Must have 1 year of relevant experience ** Eye Health America partners with leading eye care practices across the Southeast, providing the operational, strategic, and administrative support needed to deliver exceptional patient care. Backed by a leadership team with over 100 years of combined experience, we are building a trusted network rooted in quality, growth, and community impact—guided by our purpose of making lives better with personalized eyecare.

Seeking a team member to join our optical department. Must be a multi-tasker with a positive attitude. We welcome all skill levels, but some optical experience is required. Must be willing to travel to other offices if needed. Overtime may be required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients and customers with the selection of frames, lenses, and lens treatments.
• Ordering lenses from the lab.
• Filing insurance claims.
• Final inspection of lab work prior to notifying patient that their order is ready.
• Return and track returns for inventory purposes.
• Processing invoices for payment.

• Optical experience required.
• ABO certification preferred, but not necessary.
