Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Location: Manhattan, NY (Off West 48th street) Salary + Benefits: $145,000 to $150,000 + 1199 Union Benefits + Monday–Friday schedule + no weekends/on‑call Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult patients, primarily those with substance use and addiction‑related conditions. Conduct 1‑hour psychiatric evaluations and 30‑minute medication management visits. Manage a manageable daily caseload of 6–7 patients to ensure high‑quality clinical care. Collaborate closely with a team of three prescribers at the site for coordinated, comprehensive treatment. Deliver Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) services in alignment with evidence‑based guidelines. Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation using EclinicalWorks EMR. Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fully on‑site outpatient setting. Contribute to a positive clinic culture, continuing the legacy of a long‑standing NP who is retiring. Requirements Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred. Experience working with addiction, substance use disorders, or MAT patient populations. Comfort working in an outpatient setting with adult patients only. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with electronic medical records; experience with EclinicalWorks a plus. 1199 Union benefits package. No weekends, no on‑call responsibilities. Street parking available.
