This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $30 per hour , depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Retaining clients by servicing their needs, cross selling other lines, etc.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Provide clients with payment options and assistance as needed.
• Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.

• Preferred candidate would already have their license or licensing assistance is available
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
• Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
