JOB OVERVIEW BridgeView is seeking a Technical Lead to lead solution architecture and technical execution across complex software initiatives. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership with responsibility for designing scalable, cloud-native solutions and guiding the modernization of existing .NET applications into microservices-based architectures. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Define architecture across applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security. Create and maintain key architecture artifacts, including solution diagrams, integration patterns, and data flows. Evaluate technologies and recommend platforms, frameworks, and tools that support long-term business goals. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices. Lead architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive effective resolutions. Partner with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support planning, estimation, and delivery activities. Champion modern engineering practices, including microservices, API-first development, event-driven architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization. Drive application modernization, technical debt reduction, performance optimization, and operational excellence. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership, solution architecture, or similar roles. Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development. Advanced SQL Server expertise, including T-SQL, query optimization, and Entity Framework. Experience designing and implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). Experience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of distributed systems, integration design, and scalable application architecture. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
