Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q has been serving up our famous smoked meats and signature sides to folks in the Southwest USA since 1989. Enjoys creating a fun, energetic, fast paced environment. Takes pride in their work and providing great service. Ensures all food is prepared and presented to the Rudy's standard. Create a positive, effective, and productive team. Makes our guests their top priority. Can effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.

Position Summary:

The manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading the guest experience by providing excellent food and service, inventory and cost management, team management, and product quality management.

Minimum Requirements:

Able to train and work at one of our other three Phoenix area locations while construction is being completed Have, or be willing to obtain, Food Manager Certification and TABC certification. Management experience. (in food service preferred) Previous restaurant experience.
