Floor Manager

Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced café and bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a hospitality-driven Floor Manager . 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the front-of-house teams
• Ensure smooth, organized, and hospitality-focused service
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Support scheduling, inventory, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
• Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and leadership teams on service flow and guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Prior hospitality management or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style
• Hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Weekend availability required

• Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
