\n Responsible for all shift operations, including maintenance oversight. Ensure shift staffing and assist supervisors in training, coaching, and leading their teams. Ensure the production and yield requirements are met. Ensure all GMP and safety procedures are enforced. Monitor and control budget spending, managing resources within the goals set forth. All other relevant tasks to the job.\n

Requirements \n
\n
\n Bachelors degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science or other closely related field preferred. 7+ years supervisory and management experience within the poultry plant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adept with technology, computers, and math and analytical skills.\n

Physical Requirements \n
\n
\n

\n
• Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, telephones and other office equipment.
\n
• Frequently sit for long periods.
\n
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
\n
• May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
\n
• May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
\n
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
\n
