Corporate Attorney PositionAmundsen Davis seeks a corporate attorney for our newest office in the Detroit area. The ideal candidate is licensed in Michigan and has a minimum of 3 years of experience with corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and an appreciation for a high level of client service and responsiveness is required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills.This position is not open to recruiters.
