Travel Physical Therapist - $1,971 per week

Job Description & Requirements Location: Saint Helens, Oregon Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 12 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE Must have graduated from an accredited school Minimum one year's experience Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT Current CPR certification Other requirements to be determined by our client facility Responsibilities Assess referred patients that require rehabilitation services, provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record the patient's condition, and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit Full coverage of all credentialing fees Private housing or housing allowance Group Health insurance for you and your family Company-paid life and disability insurance Travel reimbursement 401(k) matching Unlimited Referral Bonuses up to $1,000 CEU reimbursement Tax free per diems, housing stipends and travel reimbursements Equal Opportunity Employer MedPro Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
