We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, opportunities for advancement, and a culture focused on resident-centered care. 1098 Bradford way Kingston, TN 37763 Salary: 29.00 - 32.00 USD / HOUR What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to leadership Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation Assist with care planning and resident wellness initiatives Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism Collaborate with caregivers, medication aides, and department leaders to provide exceptional care Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life What We’re Looking For Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR certification Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills A passion for serving older adults Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Why Join Sycamore Trace?
