MIG Welder

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented MIG Welders to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding processes and techniques, with a focus on MIG welding and steel fabrication. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, work with a variety of materials, and consistently produce high-quality welds that meet company and industry standards.As a MIG Welder, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of metal components for a variety of projects.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on steel and other metal components according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.QualificationsPrevious MIG welding experience required.Proven experience in a manufacturing environment; at least two years of welding experience required.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.Ability to lift, carry, and work with metal materials in a manufacturing environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Shift Availability:We currently have multiple openings available on both 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.If you are a motivated individual with welding experience and a passion for producing quality work, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
