Sales Enablement Instructional Designer Intern The role is part of Worldwide Sales Enablement and supports the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of sales enablement learning content and programs. Responsibilities Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to define training course objectives, scope, sequence, and audiences. Use AI‑assisted tools to draft and refine communications for sales leaders, including updates, summaries, and enablement announcements. Gather information from experts to develop, organize, and write training scripts, interviews, and documentation. Produce engaging content such as video shorts, webinars, and email communications for sellers and managers. Leverage AI‑enabled content creation tools to enhance learning materials and accelerate production. Share updates on Proofpoint products, systems, tools, and processes via a weekly newsletter. Evaluate current content and devise a strategy for its review, update, and long‑term management. Review metadata and tagging of the content library to improve search engine optimization and content discovery. Support learning management systems by uploading new content and tracking utilization of course materials. Analyze raw utilization and engagement data to create summaries and reports that help sales leaders understand training adoption and effectiveness. Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Instructional Design or Lesson Planning. Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create content for multiple mediums and audiences. Proven time‑management skills to coordinate multiple projects. Experience working cross‑functionally to complete projects. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with technical aptitude. Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT), Excel, PowerPoint, and Video Editing Software.
