Location: Gilbert, AZ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Weekend hours: 8 (one weekend shift per month required)

Job Description: The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation care to individuals with neurological injuries, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and those recovering from strokes. Additionally, the therapist will work with patients who have undergone amputations, orthopedic procedures, or require wound care management. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, performing evaluations, and utilizing advanced therapeutic equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Administer therapies and techniques aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or inpatient rehabilitation facility.
• Current Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to float to the Gilbert location as needed.
