We are looking for a hands‑on Shift Lead who can take ownership of the store during assigned shifts and lead both front and back‑of‑house operations. This is a leadership role, not just a position — ideal for someone who wants to grow into management. Key Responsibilities Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth daily operations Assign stations, manage breaks, and maintain proper staffing levels Ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest service standards Train and coach team members on the floor Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently Open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled Manage POS, cash handling, and basic reporting Enforce food safety and sanitation standards Communicate shift performance and issues to management What This Role Is NOT Not a back‑of‑house‑only position Not a “clock in and just work your station” role Not suitable for someone who does not want leadership responsibility Growth & Advancement Top performers can grow into: Assistant Manager General Manager We promote from within whenever possible. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience (Shift Lead/Supervisor preferred) Strong understanding of kitchen operations and customer service Proven reliability, attendance, and consistency Leadership mindset with ability to train and hold team accountable Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Experience with POS systems and cash handling Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays English required; Spanish is a plus Valid driver’s license preferred Why Join Us?
