The Golden Horseshoe Golf Club at Colonial Williamsburg is seeking an experienced individual to join the Golf team as a Golf Cart Attendant. This is a part-time position.In this role, you will help creates a positive experience by assisting guests and members with outside services.Here is what you will be doing:Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of CHR Golf.Assists in educating players regarding facility layout & current cart policy.Performs range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.May assist with start of play.Take responsibility for rental club fleet – ensure sets go out & come back complete.Service the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.Assists with food and beverage activities.Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as required.Qualifications we are looking for:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have a valid Driver's LicenseExperience in a similar position 1 yearHere is what we offer to all of our associates:Exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates & their family members401K matching program for eligible associatesFlexible scheduling to help you with work/life balanceOpportunity to grow with us, a top rated company on GlassdoorDiscounts to any of our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family membersA workplace that you can be proud of, where you are valued, trusted and supported by the teamOur Differences Are What Makes Us Great!At Crescent Hotels & Resorts we strive to create a great place to work where associates at all levels of our organization are respected for their differences, just like the guests and owners we serve.
