Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations while adhering to industry regulations and internal standards. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, advocate for clients’ interests, and secure optimal solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policy details. Stay updated with the latest trends and products in the personal lines insurance marketplace. Must-Have Skills: Valid insurance license specializing in personal lines insurance. Bilingual proficiency fluent in English and Spanish Proven experience as an account manager or similar role in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of clients. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and industry software applications. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous experience supporting personal lines insurance clients in the Texas market. Background in bilingual customer service environments. Familiarity with insurance carrier negotiation and policy advocacy. Ability to adapt to evolving insurance products and industry trends.
