Must-Have: Bedside shift report, Foley care, Medication administration, I&O charts, NG care, head to toe assessments

Description: Local rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles. The client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13-week assignment. Non-billable Orientation hours will not apply during orientation. Clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non-billable orientation. Position requirements include one or more years of Med Surg experience. Equipment utilized includes Onmicell, Accucheck, and EPIC. The nurse to patient ratio for this unit is 1:5 or 1:6. The dress code is Caribbean Blue. There is no floating to other units or departments. Charting system used is EPIC.
