LINK Staffing is hiring CNC Lathe & Mill Operators for a well-established manufacturing facility in the East Houston area . If you have experience operating CNC equipment and want to work four 10-hour days with overtime opportunities, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Job Highlights

• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour+ (Higher pay based on CNC experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime: Fridays and weekends as needed
• Location: East Houston, TX
• Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• Weekly pay through LINK Staffing
• Four-day workweek with three-day weekends when overtime is not scheduled

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC lathes and CNC mills in a production environment
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and machining specifications
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production and quality standards
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill operating experience required
• CNC setup experience preferred
• Swiss-style CNC lathe experience is a plus
• Ability to read measuring tools and inspect finished parts
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
