Production Associate - Mat Roller

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains a clean work area, and then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance‑based incentive pay structure; the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. Responsibilities Evaluate and ensure quality of cleaned customer floor mats before processing. Safely load mats into the rolling machine and monitor operation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Sort and place rolled mats into staging locations for delivery. Adhere to attendance policy and maintain a safe working environment. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment. Physical Qualifications Stand for most of the shift. Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching. Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.16 – $17.50 / hour, based on skill set, experience, and other factors.
