Position Details Education Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Master of Science in Physical Therapy Doctorate of Physical Therapy Licensure Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice Certifications BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
